Who is OnChart actually for?

Working professionals — executives, engineers, doctors, lawyers, consultants in their 30s to 50s — who trade as a serious skill alongside a career. If you trade for fun a few times a year, this is too much system. If you day-trade full-time, this is the wrong shape.

What is included in the subscription?

Everything. One subscription unlocks Traders DNA, Suite + Radar, SnowBall, Skill Tree, and The Floor. There are no upsells or tiered modules.

How does the free trial work?

Seven days, full access. A card is required at trial signup so the subscription continues without interruption. Cancel anytime during the trial and you are not charged.

Do you offer refunds?

If you cancel during your trial, you pay nothing. After the trial, subscriptions are non-refundable for the period already billed, but you can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period.

Do I need a TradingView account?

Yes. Suite and Radar are TradingView indicators. After you subscribe, you submit your TradingView username and we grant access within minutes.

Is OnChart a signal service?

No. OnChart is a system — tools, structure, and education. We do not send entries, exits, or hot picks.

Can I change my mind on monthly vs. annual?

Yes. You can switch plans from your billing page. Annual subscribers who switch to monthly continue on annual through the current period.

What happens to my profile and progress if I cancel?

Your archetype, level, points, and badges remain on your account. If you resubscribe later, everything resumes where you left off.

How is OnChart different from Discord-only communities?

OnChart is a system first and a community second. The Discord exists to support traders who already share a common framework, vocabulary, and toolset.
